1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with phphub, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you expressly consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies published on phphub.cam. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and phphub.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the phphub website. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phphub. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or registering under false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. phphub employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be held responsible for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify phphub customer support.

3. Account Verification and KYC Procedures

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) legislation applicable in the Philippines, phphub implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by phphub to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment methods.

Required verification documents may include but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and verification of payment methods (bank account statements or screenshots of e-wallet accounts).

phphub reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including the ability to place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals, until satisfactory verification has been completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the initial request may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable regulations.

All personal information and documentation submitted to phphub will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

phphub accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other participating institutions), and credit/debit cards. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful processing. However, processing times may vary depending on your payment method and external factors beyond phphub's control. 4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your phphub account at any time, subject to verification of your identity, completion of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by phphub management.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account level, verification status, and chosen payment method. phphub strives to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes to forty-eight (48) hours, though actual processing times may vary based on payment method, verification requirements, and external factors.

phphub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected. 5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed through phphub are governed by these Terms and Conditions and the specific rules applicable to each game type. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescinded except as explicitly provided in specific game rules or in cases of obvious technical error.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. phphub assumes no liability for user errors, including but not limited to incorrect stake amounts, erroneous game selections, or mistaken wagers. 5.2 Game Integrity and Fair Play

phphub strictly prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or abuse of our platform. 5.3 Technical Malfunctions

This includes but is not limited to server failures, software bugs, incorrect odds display, and errors in game results.

phphub's liability in cases of technical malfunction is strictly limited to refund of stakes for affected bets. We assume no liability for loss of potential winnings, consequential damages, or any other losses arising from technical issues.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phphub offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before associated winnings can be withdrawn. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

phphub services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

phphub does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of phphub services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phphub, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of phphub services.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to phphub services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your phphub account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phphub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, creating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, using our services for money laundering, violating game rules, harassing other users or staff, or any other conduct that we deem harmful to phphub or other users.

Upon account termination, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. phphub may withhold withdrawable funds if we suspect fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you will be able to withdraw any remaining balance in your account after completing applicable verification procedures and wagering requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of phphub services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by phphub, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or other relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
